Description:
The subject of the service to be awarded are engineering services in accordance with Section 53 ff. HOAI for the LPH 2 to LPH 3 or 4 (if necessary) and LPH 5-9 in one or more further commissioning steps for AG 1, 2, 3 and 7 (AG 7 only media supply systems)
The planning of the measuresof the dismantling are part of the service to be awarded.
The VSS. Correspondent costs for the aforementioned AG are approximately € 4.5 million net, according to a first cost assessment. The estimated total construction costs (KG 200 to 700) amount to approx. € 24.4 million net.
The MPI for molecular geneticsIn Berlin-Dahlem consists of four connected towers and outbuildings (animal house, administration, workshop and guest house). The Turm III was built in 2013, the Tower I and II have been subjected to a complete revitalization in recent years. It is also one with Turm IVcomplete gutting and new installation planned. The tower IV, to be renovated, comprises approx. 2,180 m2 (Nuf 1-6) on a gross floor area (BGF) of approx. 4,400 m2 with the following uses (approx. Standard laboratories: S1 u. S2
-1,000 m2 office andMeeting rooms
- 60 m2auxilliar- and storage rooms
- 30 m2 server rooms
In addition, 60 m2 areas Nuf 7, 850 m2 of technology areas and still traffic areas.
