The subject of the service to be awarded are engineering services in accordance with Section 53 ff. HOAI for the LPH 2 to LPH 3 and LPH 5-8 In one or more further steps for AG 7, the planning of the dismantling measures are not part of the service to be awarded. The VSS. Corrulating costsAccording to an initial cost estimate, around € 1.5 million net plus € 100 TO € first setup. The estimated total construction costs (KG 200 to 700) amount to around € 24.4 million net. The MPI for molecular genetics in Berlin-Dahlem consists of four interconnectedTowers and outbuildings (animal house, administration, workshop and guest house). The Turm III was built in 2013, the Tower I and II have been subjected to a complete revitalization in recent years. A complete gut and new installation is also planned for Turm IV. The one tooThe renovation tower IV comprises approx. 2,180 m2 (Nuf 1-6) on a gross floor area (BGF) of approx. 4,400 m2 with the following uses (approx. Standard laboratories: S1 u. S2 - 1,000 m2 office and meeting rooms - 60 m2auxilliar and storage rooms - 30M2 server rooms are added 60 m2 areas Nuf 7, 850 m2 of technology areas and still traffic areas. The building is currently being used as a laboratory building for microbiological research. The existing equipment is no longer up to date and should be completely dismantled. The tower IV is in terms ofthe operational infrastructure (supply and disposal) connected to the other towers used as a laboratory area. After complete dismantling of the technical systems within Tower IV, the entire building will be reinstalled. The room layout sees a mixture of individualand large -scale laboratories, with evaluation zones to be integrated in the larger laboratory units.
