The subject of the service to be awarded are engineering services in accordance with Section 53 ff. HOAI for the LPH 2 to LPH 3 and LPH 5-9 in one or more other order steps for AG 4, 5 and 6. eligibleAccording to an initial cost estimate, costs for the AG mentioned are approximately € 0.9 million net. The estimated total construction costs (KG 200 to 700) amount to approx. € 24.4 million net.
The MPI for molecular genetics in Berlin-Dahlem consists of four connected towers andOccupational buildings (animal house, administration, workshop and guest house). The Turm III was built in 2013, the Tower I and II have been subjected to a complete revitalization in recent years. A complete gut and new installation is also planned for Turm IV. The tower to be renovatedIV comprises approx. 2,180 m2 (Nuf 1-6) on a gross base area (BGF) of approx. 4,400 m2 with the following uses (approx. Standard laboratories: S1 u. S2
-1,000 m2 office and meeting rooms
- 60 m2auxilliar- and storage rooms
- 30 m2Server rooms
In addition, 60 m2 areas Nuf 7, 850 m2 of technical areas and still traffic areas.
The building is connected to the infrastructure of the campus (power supply, data lines, access control, BMA, cold supply, compressed air, waste water, rainwater, etc.).
