Description:
The "Das Stadtwerk Regensburg GmbH" plans to build a neighborhood parking system with around 486 parking spaces on the construction site SO2 in the development plan area No. 277 "Former Prince Leopold barracks / partial area pioneer barracks". The construction site is located in the east of the city of Regensburg in the new Innovation quarters with urban, mixed use. The planned parking garage is realized as a mobility hub and, in addition to parking spaces for residents, visitors and employees, also offers alternative mobility offers and packet stations. The subject of the services to be awarded is the planning and Execution of the new parking system including the production of the open systems, the development from the public road to access and the creation of the drainage system. The contractor has all the necessary planning and construction work, the preparation or freedom of the construction field and services for construction intermediate financing, taking into account AB key payments. The construction of the parking system is turnkey and ready for operation.
