Technical planning TGA (LP 8) for the 2nd construction phase conversion of the pharmacy of Märkischen Kliniken GmbH (service phase 8 according to § 55, appendix 15 HOAI) Märkische Kliniken GmbH - Renovation of the central pharmacy - Specialist planning TGA LP 8 - 1st stage participation competition (VgV procedure) The subject of this tender is the planning services of the specialist planning TGA LP 8 HOAI for the 2nd construction phase of the pharmacy conversion of Märkische Kliniken GmbH. The task includes the construction supervision of the technical building equipment of five pharmaceutical workplaces where important medications are to be manufactured. The total floor area of the pharmacy is approximately 350 m². Essentially these are rooms for the production of cyto and TPN, a preparation room and rooms for Blistering, de-blistering, galenics, autoclave installation including side and lock rooms. When it comes to room layout, all the necessary locks are planned in accordance with clean room classes D to B and coordinated with the official pharmacist. The planning services of the future contractor includes all planning services of the specialist planning TGA LP 8 HOAI that are necessary to achieve the agreed success.
