• Description:
• The subject of the order is specialist planning services for the supporting structure (hereinafter "structural planning") for the new construction of the operational center - together with the associated open/traffic areas - at the location of the Muenster University Hospital. The commissioning takes place gradually/optionally. With the first commissioning level The associated structural planning of service phases 1 and 2 in accordance with the HOAI will first be commissioned. It is currently intended that with the submission of the so-called advanced cost calculation for LPH 2 ("qualified preliminary planning") and if the project objectives specified in the tender documents are achieved the client decides whether to commission service phases 3 and 4 as a second stage of commissioning to the contractor commissioned up to that point. The further service phases - LPH 5 and following - will only be carried out by the client at a later date if necessary retrieved. Overall, there is an option for commissioning from HOAI service phase 3 onwards. It is the primary goal of the University Hospital of Muenster (UKM) to expand the existing clinic site in a long-term and future-proof manner. For this purpose, thematically related institutions should be in higher-level functional areas in order to be able to offer and guarantee more efficient and economical patient care in the future. Against this background, the UKM has developed the extensive and multi-stage master planning "Future Medicine Muenster 2020 - have the new UKM" designed. An essential part of the further developed master planning are the plans for the new building of the so-called operational center (also "OPZ"). The OPZ is to be located immediately in front of the central clinic in the form of an extension building and parallel to the Albert-Schweitzer-Strasse.
