- Multi-client capable product manager system (MPS) VDV eTicket Service (VDV-ETS) is responsible for the German public transport standard "(((eTicket Deutschland". This provides the technical and organizational platform for the operation of an interoperable electronic ticketing in public transport in Germany. In addition to the creation and publication of the technical standard, the establishment of organizational rules for participants and the testing of components used VDV-ETS also provides central infrastructure for the transport companies and associations participating in (((eTicket-Deutschland. As part of the transition to the new version of the standard "(((etiCORE" from 2027, a multi-client capable product manager system is to be created (MPS) are developed and operated. The system supports organizations that assume the role of product owner in nationwide electronic passenger management and ticketing. Product manager systems are used with the Conversion to (((etiCORE will henceforth be referred to as the “Product Owner System”. The subject of the project is both the technical implementation and the long-term operation of the system.
