• Description:
• A multi-partner framework agreement for language and written translations for the locations and places of work is to be advertised and awarded for the LAB NI. To ensure timely deployment of anything that becomes necessary at short notice For language and written translations, a framework agreement is concluded with three contractual partners for oral and/or written interpreting services for the locations and places of work (primary, secondary and tertiary). The completion of an individual order is initially the responsibility of the primary contractual partner (contractual partner who submitted the best-placed offer). Only if the order is canceled due to an important reason (e.g. no qualified personnel available according to the requirement or only at a much later point in time than required), LAB NI approaches the secondary contractual partner who submitted the second-placed offer. If he also rejects the order for an important reason (see above), the LAB NI approaches the tertiary contractual partner who submitted the third-place bid. It should therefore be noted that the number of individual orders placed for the secondary and tertiary contractual partners is significantly lower than for the primary contractual partner or there will be no individual order at all.
