Part of this tender:
The property is part of a new development area, the Lab Campus on Airsite West of Munich Airport. The new building with 6 upper floors has a length of 55m and a width of 39m. It is essentially a reinforced concrete construction witht Flat ceilings, in some areas composite steel or steel constructions are used. The building does not have a basement. The work will be carried out in the publicly accessible area of the airport.
This service mainly includes the delivery and installation of the window elements:
approx.400 pieces of plastic window elements incl. outside window sill,
of which approx. 323 pieces STAM approx. 1,000x 2,700 mm for guest rooms,
an assembly period of 10 days is planned for each floor (approx. 70 elements).
The current calculation risks of the bidders are covered by a client-side proposal for Price gliding and mitigation of scheduling delivery risks. Details can be found in the invitation to submit an offer.
The client reserves the right to discontinue the present award procedure in accordance with § 57 SektVO.
