Description:
The property is part of a new development area, the Lab Campus on Airsite West of Munich Airport.
South of the existing Hotel Accor in the area of the S-Bahn station Visitor Park, a new budget hotel with approx. 358 rooms is to be built. The 7-storey new building hat a width of approx. 39 m and a length of approx. 55 m. This is essentially a reinforced concrete construction with flat ceilings, with steel composite or steel constructions being used in some areas. The building does not have a basement. The work takes place in the publicly accessiblearea of the airport.
