Description:
The subject of the tender is construction work of harmful and interference fuel renovation and gutting in the free construction site north of the Munich Central Station on Arnulfstrasse. The separately advertised large equipment cancellation follows the previously described work. Run in parallel to the workSeparately advertised media removal work in the basement of this construction site. The Baufeld Nord essentially consists of the following parts of the building. It won'tmore used as a station building. There were retail and gastronomy on the ground floor, and a children's museum has extended over all floors. The basement served as a storage and technology area. Parts were rebuilt in the 1960s and connected with a new building. The building is throughSteel structures marked. The building is made of reinforced concreteand masonry built, with different ceilings. The northern edge building consists of a reinforced concrete skeleton building with a flat roof and various insulation materials. Inside, there were storage and technology rooms in the UG, as well as office and staff rooms and a canteen on the upper floors.
