- The municipality of Karsdorf plans to create municipal heat planning in 2025. For the implementation period, a maximum of one year, after the order is awarded, is planned. The Pro-Jektzeitraum can be extended if necessary. The municipal heat planning should include the entire community and thatPresent strategy concept for future investments.
The municipality of Karsdorf is located in the Burgenland district of the state of Saxony-Anhalt, approx. 50 km west of the city of Leipzig. The municipal area comprises 19.84 km2. A total of approximately 1,500 people live in the 3 districts of Karsdorf, Wetzendorf and Wennungen.
The districts of Karsdorf and Wetzendorf are connected by a district heating network, which largely supplies apartment buildings in the two local locations. The network is supplied by a heating power plant in Karsdorf. Among other things, the Karsdorf district has a biogas plant as a cement plantWith waste heat potential.
The municipality of Karsdorf has a notice of grant from the project fund Z-U-G for the implementation of the project via the local directive.

It is a two-stage process. In level I, applicants canApply for participation. For this purpose, the attached documents must be processed and created. The concepts created, evidence and own statements must be submitted until the submission deadline for the application for participation. Then all documents and concepts are sighted. In the
calendar weeks 24And 25 are then invited to present their concepts. Using the scoring matrix, all concepts and bidders are assessed. The more points are achieved, the better the placement. In level II, a maximum of 3 bidders are requested on the basis of the points achieved.The lot decides if the tie. In level II, the submitted offers are also evaluated using a scale matrix.
