In 2025, the Unstruttal Association plans to create municipal heat planning. For the implementation period, a maximum of one year, after the order is awarded, is planned. The municipal heat planning is said to be the entire community with the member communities, except the member communityKarsdorf, include and represent the strategy concept for future investments. The municipality of Karsdorf carries out municipal heat planning in a separate project. The administrative area of the Unstruttal association is located in the Burgenland district of the state of Saxony-Anhalt, approx. 50 km westof the city of Leipzig. The administrative seat is in Freyburg (Unstrut). The municipal area comprises an area of 199.67 km2. A total of approximately 15,500 people live in the 7 municipalities of Balgstadt, Freyburg (Unstrut), Gleina, Goseck, Karsdorf, Laucha on the Unstrut and Nebra (Unstrut). The member communitieshave a variety of small districts with agricultural embossing. Urban planning is to be classified as a mixed area with a village character. The advertised municipal heat planning comprises an area of approx. 173.52 km2 with approx. 14,000 inhabitants. --------------------Procedure process: This is a two -stage procedure. In level I, applicants can apply for participation. For this purpose, the attached documents must be processed and created. The concepts created, evidence and own statements are up to the submission deadline for the application for participationto submit. Then all documents and concepts are sighted. In calendar weeks 24 and 25, all applicants are then invited to present their concepts. Using the scoring matrix, all concepts and bidders are assessed.
