Description:
The Karlsruhe Municipal Hospital is planning to renovate House F. House F is an existing building from the clinic's beginnings, built around 1907, with parts of the interior and exterior areas that are partly under monument protection. Pathology laboratory will be converted into an area of approx. 1,000 m2. Modernization of the building, which includes the replacement of numerous windows in the pathology area. the External walls provided with internal and external insulation. the KG 410 (€384,000), 420 (€420,000), 430 (€1,400,000) and 480 (€450,000) will total 2,654,000. Milestones to implement the project: - Completion of the selection process, conclusion of contract (planned) January 2026 - Start of work immediately after conclusion of contract - Submission of building application May 2026 - Start of construction November 2026 - Completion of construction March 2028 - The following is intended with this tender Services to be commissioned (in stages): Technical equipment, system groups 1, 2, 3 and 8, service phases 3-9 in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI. intends to provide the contractor with the further service phases individually or as a whole as the planning and implementation of the construction project continues to transmitted.
