Residential house (individual monument) General project description for all construction phases: The former Hofstelle residential building will be used as a community center/citizens' workshop in the future. The sandstone facade will be retained and will only be reworked where necessary. The fairyWindows are being replaced and shutters are being put back in place. The ground floor houses rooms for a community workshop, caretaker and catering kitchen with a cafe in the former stable room of the house.
