The municipality of Kalbach intends to build a new daycare center on the municipal property (Flur 17, parcel 2) in the Mittelkalbach district.
A contemporary, future -proof and Multifunctional building for childcare with a total of 86 care places, divided into U3 areas with 3 groups of 12 children and 2 mixed -age groups of 25 children.
The present planning of the architect provides for a single -storey, non -basement building.
One is planned Economic construction either conventionally as solid construction (reinforced concrete + masonry) or in hybrid construction (reinforced concrete + wood).
It is a funded Measure (including funds from the district equalization stock).
