The municipality of Kalbach intends to build a new daycare center on the existing municipal property in the Mittelkalbach district.
The present planning of the architect sees a Settled, non -cellar building. A hybrid construction (reinforced concrete + wood) is planned. The outer walls are intended as solid wood walls or in wooden stand construction.
After being accepted by costs, the total costs of the construction work (KG 200 - 700) are currently at around € 8.32 million Gross accepted. The proportion of the KG 400 (Elt) of this is approximately € 0.51 million gross.
