Description:
The municipality of Löcknitz is planning to build a new after-school building. Service phases 1 to 4 have already been advertised in a separate process in 2024; the commission was placed with Planquadrat Klug Architekten GbR. The necessary documents for service phases 1 to 4 were developed by the Planquadrat Klug office. The necessary planning documents are available to all bidders in the tender documents. With the documents, all bidders have the same level of knowledge. The office grid square Klug Architekten GbR may participate in further bid submission. The plan is to build a single-story building that will be able to provide after-school care for school children on the future school campus. The planning documents from Service phase 5 must be completed from February 2026.
