An industry dialogue and market exploration has / have shown that no powerful gigabit infrastructure with an offer of corresponding telecommunications services is currently available for the sub-area of the area body.and will be available in the next few years. The local authority therefore has funding for a nationwide gigabitaus building - based on the under -sufficient sub -area in the economic gap model as part of the guideline "Promotion to support the gigabita building of theTelecommunications networks in the Federal Republic of Germany-Gigabit Directive of Federal 2.0 (Gigabit-RL 2.0) "of March 31, 2023 in the version of the 1st change of 30.04.2024 (" Gigabit directive 2.0 ").Promoted funding (hereinafter: funds) should be forwarded by local authorities to telecommunications companies in the EU aid law as an investment costs allowance for the construction and operation of gigabit networks.
