• Municipality of Südheide: Awarding of planning services for the technical equipment for the energy-related renovation and expansion of the DGH and Weesen fire station The municipality of Südheide intends to award planning services to Technical Equipment in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI 2021 for the energy-related renovation and expansion of the Weesen village community and fire station, Weesener Straße 16, 29320 Südheide. The solid building, built in 1978, will be comprehensively energy-efficient completely renovated and expanded to include a 1.5-story wooden extension on the west side. In the area of ​​technical equipment, the measure includes the complete renovation of all building services systems (HLS and ELT) in the existing building as well as the New installation of the entire building technology in the building extension.
