Specialist planning for technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI, appendix. 1-5, LPH 1-9, special services, staged award
municipality of St. Michaelisdonn, expansion and conversion of the fire station - planning services - specialist planning of technical equipment
the client plans to build the fire station in the municipality of St.Michaelisdonn to be expanded or rebuilt. The client has already carried out a basic investigation and preliminary planning of the building according to service phase 2 in accordance with Section 34 HOAI. The expansion is planned for the next few years on the current site. The fire brigade's premiseshr St. Michaelisdonn is located within the district developed in accordance with Section 34 of the BauGB. The scope of the planning services for the measure includes the planning and monitoring of the expansion and conversion or the new construction of fully functional and approved building parts. At firstst the service phases 1 (basic determination) to 4 (approval planning) are commissioned in stages. The client reserves the right to commission the further service phases 5 to 9. The planning includes at least the "basic services" of the technical equipment management diagram in the sense ofAppendix 15, number 15.1, to Section 55 HOAI. The client's consent must be obtained in advance for the provision of "special services". The contractor is required to submit suggestions that lead to simplification and improvement and/or cost reduction. The preliminary cost estimates...
