- The New on the company premises at Voltastrasse 2 / Alsstrasse 126 is building the former administration building into a public office building.
The building has 5 floors, basement until the 3rd floor. The conversion measures are carried out in all floors.
In the basementConstruction measures are carried out in technology rooms and the StB.-elevator shaft broken and re-enacted.
On the ground floor, existing sanitary rooms are canceled and revised, the new reception area and the new staircase are also created.
