Description:
1. Background and problem
For the reporting years 2024 and 2025, the service description is based on the stipulations of the Packaging Act (PackackG), in the version, which is geled for the respective survey period,. In Section 1 (3) of the PackageG, the aim is to strengthen the proportion of drinks (MW) completed in reusable drinks (MW), with the aim of achieving a share of 70 percent. The Federal Government is obliged to carry out the necessary surveys and to announce the results annually.

2nd goal and subject of the project
As part of this project, the shares of the MW packaging in the pledge-related drinks segments for the reporting obligation of the federal government are to be determined. For 2024, this should be done with a full survey in accordance with the 2022 reporting year and in addition for the 2024 non-trivial beverage segments. For 2025, the figures for the reporting obligation after PackackG must be continued by means of a restricted survey with sufficient accuracy.
