Description:
The municipality of Wolferschwenden is planning to build a natural swimming pool. The undeveloped property intended for the implementation is located south of the main place outdoors and has an area of approx. 20,240 m2. As from the preliminary draft variant 3, the natural pool lake from a feasibility studyApproximately 2,600 m2 total water surface (of which approx. 1,500 m2 usable area and approx. 1,100 m2 of regeneration and plant filters) include, there should also be a children's play area with a stream and children's pool. For this, the necessary technical and especially bathing systems areto plan. The assignment takes place immediately after the negotiation procedure. First of all, the service phases 1 to 2 in the performance view of technical equipment according to §§ 52 ff. HOAI are commissioned. Furthermore, the further performance phases will be gradually up to the service phase 9commissioned. The gross construction costs for the total construction measure of cost groups 100 to 700 are currently estimated at around € 3.4 million. The proportion of eligible costs for the technical equipment (cost group 400) is around € 340,000 net. The commissioning of performance level 1 should be approximately inAutumn 2025. Construction should be started in spring 2026, the measure in early 2027.equipment
