- As part of the flood protection planning for SELKE and the hydraulic calculations as part of the flood risk management guideline (HWRM guideline), the previous property access (parcel 55/1, district of Strassberg, hall 10) was recognized as a drainage. The access to the factory premises consists of a bridge structure that transfers the access from the L 234 via Selke (from Selke Station 52+610 to 52+629) and consider the course of the SELK. As part of the HWS plans, it is planned to dismantle the existing building, to brill out both sides of the Selke and the Adjust adjacent terrain. In order to be able to realize this, in addition to the repair and partial new construction of an existing access, the demolition of a shed and the partial dismantling of a garbage can shelter is also required.
