With the new line measure (NBS) Wallauer Spange (PFA 0), an approx. 4 km long double-track connecting line (line 3645) is being built between the railway lines 3509 (section Breckenheim junction ? Kinzenberg junction) and 2690 (section Breckenheim junction ? junction Caltex) manufactured. goal of the measureme is a fast rail connection between Wiesbaden and Frankfurt Airport. Together with the construction of the NBS Frankfurt-Mannheim, the prerequisites for the new regional express lines (HessenExpress) from Wiesbaden to Darmstadt and Frankfurt Hbf. For the establishment of the NBS, dThe planning and implementation of the following measures is required: ? Construction of a new railway line approx. 4.2 km long ? Integration into the existing line 3509 ? Construction of the Wallau/Delkenheim traffic station with 2 outside platforms in the area of the L3017 state road ? railway overpassg via the state road L 3017 ? Railway overpass over the Wickerbach? Passage for crossing the Muehlgraben ? Railway overpass over an economic route? Moving a radio mast? Railway overpass over the federal autobahn A3? Railway overpasses north and south over the Elisabethenstrasse ? Raising a high-voltage line? Construction of a crossing structure (flyover structure) for height-free integration into the SFS Cologne/Rhein-Main integration into the existing route 2690 (SFS K/R-M) including retaining walls north/south
