Description: A district center is to be planned and built for the east part of the city of Pasewalk. In the immediate vicinity of the schools, the sports hall and the supply facilities, the functional center of the residential area will be completed with the new building. This should have a multifunctional orientation, i.e. it should be available for a diverse range of events.
The focus is on the connection of rooms that are necessary anyway, such as the school canteen, with the creation of structural conditions for a lively district life.
