Description:
In the Witten-Annen urban renewal area (funding in the social cohesion program), a neighborhood management system is to be set up in the Annen educational district. The educational district is the central measure of the ISEK Witten-Annen. It will be completed at the beginning of 2026 and is intended to be used as an educational, exercise and serve as a meeting place in the district. The acquisition of offers, the organization and support of users as well as public relations are central tasks of the district management. The district management should be located in the educational district. There is an office workplace here with the necessary IT equipment and a reception area with a tea kitchen. The office workstation is in a separate room, which is also used by the caretaker of the educational district and the DJK Blau-Weiss Annen sports club. The contractor guarantees opening times As a rule, 12 hours per week on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. in coordination with the client. The contractor must have in-depth experience in the ISEK's areas of responsibility as well as very good knowledge of urban development funding. He occupies the quarters office with one or two specialists with a total of 3,120 hours over a period of three years (probably May 2026 to May 2029). The specialist carries out his work in the educational district, unless different agreements are made in agreement with the client. Working from home is possible to a limited extent and by arrangement. Working on weekends and after 6 p.m. is occasionally required (e.g. for events) within the total number of hours.
