Description:
The following services in particular are part of this tender: Delivery and installation of radiators including connecting cables and connection Delivery and assembly of 8 indirect compact heat transfer stations with a secondary side Power from 5 kW to 170 kW. Technical equipment and design in accordance with E DIN 4747 Delivery and installation of district heating controllers including outside temperature sensors to control the indirect heat transfer stations. Delivery and installation of pipelines and Fittings made of steel with nominal widths DN 15 to DN 80 with welded connections and copper with da = 18 x 1.0 mm to 42 x 1.2 mm with brazing connections including pipe bearings. Delivery and installation of emptying and ventilation lines including associated fittings. Delivery and installation of thermal insulation for pipes and fittings with Isogenopak SE as surface protection. Delivery, assembly and commissioning of tested, new ultrasonic heat meters. Delivery and construction of a technical and equipment cabinet for the transfer station of the secondary network ABZ. Scaffolding work for the assembly of heat transfer stations, fittings, pipes and fittings, pipe holders with thermal insulation. Dismantling and disposal is no longer possible due to the changeover the system components required for the heat transfer medium and the existing caps on the shut-off valves to the local heating network. Decommissioning of the existing systems and commissioning of the new systems including emptying, filling, rinsing and Vent Electrical installation work for MSR technology.
