• The subject of this award procedure is the commissioning of the extended shell construction work in the project to build a new port operations building on Wangerooge. The award of the extended shell construction work, including the technical building equipment, will take place in total three lots: • Lot 1: Extended shell • Lot 2: Heating, ventilation, plumbing • Lot 3: Electrical work and lightning protection. This procedure is called a direct award with a preceding participation competition in accordance with Section 3 No. 3, Section 3a Paragraph 3 VOB/A in conjunction with Section 4 Paragraph 2 NWertVO carried out. The planned construction project is the construction of a new port operations building for Niedersachsen Ports GmbH & Co. KG in the port of the East Frisian island of Wangerooge.
