The subject of the order are general planning services for the new construction of the Coburg Clinic along with the associated open spaces and traffic areas at the location of the former BGS area Von-Gruner-Strasse, Coburg

The subject of the order are general planning services for the new building of the Coburg Clinic along with the associated open spaces and traffic areas at the location of the former BGS area Von-Gruner-Strasse, Coburg. Only the new construction of the clinic is an eligible project. The planning task of the general planner includes the eligible project, i.e. the new construction of the clinic with 550 beds and 38 places in the VON -Gruner Street in 96450 Coburg.
The planning disciplines include the object planning of the buildings and interiors as well as the outdoor facilities, the specialist planning for the structure and technical building equipment, the engineering structures and traffic planning, building physics as well as the fire protection. With the 1st order level (preliminary planning), the associated general planning services of service phases 1 to 2 in the sense of the HOAI are first commissioned. There is no entitlement to the commissioning of the further phases (option).
The contractor will be the following performed services as general planner from the service phase 1 - take over the basic determination of HOAI/ AHO.
