Description: Around 250 new apartments for different target groups are to be built on 2 building plots. Among other things, floor plan solutions are sought that have a high quality of living in a small living space. In connection with the residential development, a small district center is to be created. A supermarket (local supply), a bakery with a café, one or two other shops, a doctor's practice and 2 residential care groups are planned. Drafts are expected that meet the following requirements:

- high quality architectural solution both in the external appearance and in the floor plan of the apartments,

- a convincing suggestion for the location of other commercial uses.
