Demolition and new construction of the wing roofs The roof structure of the mare stable is divided into three parts: 2 side wings as a gable roof and an inserted middle wing. The roof of the middle tract should be preserved and renovated. However, the roofs of the two side wings must be broken off and to be built. The left roof structure (east wing) seen from the courtyard has considerable moisture damage, which is why a new building is required. The roof structure of the west wing was badly damaged by a bomb in 1943 and still has fire damage today. In the war the roof structure secured and not renewed since then. The stability of the residual wood is not detectable, which is why this roof structure should also be broken off and rebuilt. The reconstruction should be built in the same form as the existing. You will also receive the plan from 1943 as a system With the planning of the new building due to the fire damage. The roof structure of the middle tract is to be cleared out, the beams are cleaned and insulated and newly covered. The historical roofing is only preserved on the east wing as a beaver tail covering. These bricks are to be secured. The entire roof is to be covered with these and supplemented beaver tail tiles. Only the middle wing is heated. This means that the two wing roofs remain unheated. In order to obtain the two wing roofs flush with the middle wing increased by rafter insulation, the overall construction must to be increased by 4cm compared to the original roof.
