Neustadt-Forum "Nikolai Ostrowski"-Ossi-Hoyerswerda, comprehensive renovation and expansion of the children's, youth, family, meeting and education center; Los 1.7 - interior cleaning work; Award no. Ob/02.01/25/15-vob:
theOverall construction measures include the renovation of the former youth club house (hall with social cultivation) as well as the expansion of this existing building stock for extensions in pavilion form for child and youth work and areas for advice and management of the facility. Furthermore, for the inCity space
PLANETARUM to be implemented a new building built in a central location. The freedom is upgraded in partial areas.
The performance of Los 1.7 includes the delivery, manufacture and installation of interior plaster for the existing buildings 1 - Saal cultivation, component 2 - hall and the new buildingsComponent 3.1 - offices and component 3.3 - workshop / young work. The component 3.2 - planetarium does not receive an interior plaster. Interior armor was built for the cleaning work in component 2 - which can be used.and heavily concrete (kg). The roofs of the existing buildings are covered with trapezoidal sheet. Some of these roofs receive a photovoltaic system. The old wall coatings were removed.
