Neustadt-Forum "Nikolai Ostrowski"-Ossi-Hoyerswerda, comprehensive renovation and expansion of the children's, youth, family, Encounter and education center; Los 1.8.1 - drywall work; Award no. Ob/02.01/25/22-vob:
The overall construction measure includes the renovation of the former youth club house (hall with social cultivation) and the expansion of this existing building stock by extensions in pavilion form for the children's and Youth work and areas for advice and management of the facility. Furthermore, for the urban space
implementing planetarium to build a new building in a central location. The freedom is upgraded in partial areas.
The services of Los 1.8.1 include the delivery, manufacture and installation From drywall walls and ceilings in the existing building component 1 - hall cultivation, component 2 - hall, as well as in the new buildings component 3.1- offices, component 3.2 - planetarium, component 3.3 - workshop / youth work and connecting work.
The existing building component 1 and component 2 are in finished light concrete (EG) and heavy concrete (KG). The gable roofs of the existing buildings were built from board wood binders and these are now covered with trapezoidal sheet. Some of these roofs receive a photovoltaic system.
