• The task of the future contractor is the accompaniment and cooperation in the entire procedure for the reorganization of the State Hospital Plan. According to § 7 State Hospital Act Schleswig-Holstein (LKHG), the client provides a state hospital plan as the ministry responsible for the healthcare systemwithin the meaning of § 6 Hospital Financing Act (KHG). In particular, the hospital plan places the status and the intended development of the hospitals required for needs -based, efficient and economic care for the population, including the locations for the countrySchleswig-Holstein. The last reorganization took place in 2017 (cf.
