- The municipality of Schonungen intends to build a new building yard on municipal property in the Marktsteinach district at the state road ST2266 / junction with district road SW24. According to an initial cost estimate, the preliminary total costs (KG 200 - 700) amount to approx. €6.7 million gross. (12/2024) It is intended to apply for funding. Appropriate funds (e.g. KfW or solar) should be examined together with the client as part of the planning phase. Planning services have already been provided according to HOAI object planning for buildings and interiors. A feasibility study including Cost forecast is available. The AG assumes that LPH 1 has been completed with the documents available. A detailed description can be found in the tender documents - Appendix 01.
