Description:
It is intended to build a city library on the property of the former Karstadt building in Bremerhaven as a "third place" as "Open Library" and an associated youth hostel, the functions of program work and as an extra -curricular learning location. Based on this Created feasibility study will have to be produced by a BGF of approx. 12,000 m2. The subject of this order are the required planning services of technical building equipment based on the performance phases 1 - 9 of Appendix 15 to the HOAI. The client intends the project to carry out as an integrated project alliance (IPA) as part of a multi -party contract. The contractor will be willing to participate in this contract model and physical collaboration on a joint place of work provided by the client with three presence days expected the week.
