New building 1-field sports hall Arnsdorf: Los 2703-Business wall
A second 1-field sports hall will be built at the location. This serves the high school, which is built in parallel directly opposite the construction site. The high school is not Part of this order.
The social wing is built as a masonry on strip foundations. The structure of the hall consists of finish concrete supports, which are bricked up and the lacher wood binder, on which the trapezoidal roof lies. The facade of the social tract consists of a plaster facade with room -high aluminum windows as a perforated facade. The hall part receives two window strips from an aluminum construction.
The entrance and exit from the public transportation takes place via the Stolpener Street. Due to the local conditions, the construction site via the access road from Stolpener Strasse (S 159) is only possible with a 3-axis truck. The access via Oberstrasse and parking lot is limited to motor vehicles up to 7.5 t total weight and by the geometric conditions only possible to a limited extent. These circumstances must be taken into account when choosing the execution technology and incorporating into the unit prices.
