New building 1-field sports hall Arnsdorf: Los 3901-Drywall
The existing school location Arnsdorf is expanded and redesigned. A second 1-field sports hall will be built at the location. This serves the high school, which is built in parallel directly opposite the construction site. The high school is notPart of this order.
The sports hall consists of a lower social wing and a higher indoor part. The social wing is built as a masonry on strip foundations. The structure of the hall consists of finish concrete supports, which are bricked up and the lacher wood binder,on which the trapezoidal roof lies. The facade of the social tract consists of a plaster facade with room -high aluminum windows as a perforated facade. The indoor part receives two window strips from an aluminum construction.
The entrance and exit from the public traffic is via the StolpenerStreet. Due to the local conditions, the construction site via the access road from Stolpener Strasse (S 159) is only possible with a 3-axis truck. The access via Oberstrasse and parking lot is limited to motor vehicles up to 7.5 t total weight and by the geometric conditionsonly possible to a limited extent. These circumstances must be taken into account when choosing the execution technology and incorporate into the unit prices.
