The client awards the following construction work for the new construction of 28 WE social housing in Seestrasse 32 and 32a, 17429 Seebad Bansin:
Drywall work
- GK walls approx. 960 m2
-GK opposition shells / shafts approx. 490 m2
- GK slope ceilings approx. 160 m2
- EI 30 fire protection cladding approx. 180 m2
The two new buildings are as line buildings with 12 and 16 residential units each designed. 2 offset bars with the living rooms are accessed with a middle corridor system. The house 1 is 2-storey with reset relay floor, house 2 only 2-storey. The apartment mix consists of 2-, 3 and 4-room apartments for 1 to 4-person households.
