Description:
The municipality of Sylt intends to centralize the administration at the location of the historic town hall. Centralization is to be implemented in several construction phases. In a first construction phase, a new building is to be built as an extension to an existing building. The 4-storey new building withA attic as a full floor is fully basement. The KG essentially serves to accommodate file archives. The upper floors are planned as a two -bundle floor plans with a central corridor through which the office space is opened.
Additional uses are meeting rooms, copy, archivesFor daily access and tea kitchens. The development is planned in a separate development tract that connects the new building with the existing building. An elevator connects all floors in a barrier -free vertically. The building has the approx. Outside dimensions of 20.00 m x 11.40 m and the development wingFrom approx. 2.65 m x 10.00 m. This results in a gross floor area of approx. 1,270 sqm and a usable area of approx. 645 sqm.
