Description: The magistrate of the science city Darmstadt intends to build an art depot in massive construction. The building is used predominantly as a bearing and has other storage and technology surfaces except the custodian sites, which are present in each projectile. On the ground floor there are also lounges for the administration and workshop areas. The building consists of 4 above-ground fully floors. To enable access to the roof surface, the staircase is highlighted over the roof surface. A sub-firing is not provided. The building envelope receives a comprehensive external full-time protection protection. The outer dimensions of the building are about 24 m (width) x approx. 52 m (length) x approx. 4 900 sqm.
