17 In 89073 Ulm, with appropriate funding, the new Beurer Sportpark in the Friedrichsstr. 16, 89073 Ulm.
The commissioning of specialist planning services is intended.
The subject of this publication must be awarded for the structural planning in the negotiation procedure with participation competition in accordance with Section 17 VGV.
The object planning building was after Implementation of an architectural competition commissioned. As part of the construction work, services of the structural planning for performance phases 1 3 in accordance with §51 HOAI were initially awarded directly to a structural engineer by the client. The order expressly referred to the first three Performance phases and served the advisory participation in the context of the architect's competition processing and for design optimization. The planner was not commissioned on the basis of an EU-wide award procedure according to the VGV.
Since the present construction work supports by public funding If (see Chapter 2.4), only those services that were awarded on the basis of a transparent, discriminatory and competitive procedure are eligible in accordance with the applicable funding guidelines.
