These include one Basement and 4
Full floors.
The basement integrates approx. 5 m into the existing area, which is why construction pit is necessary.
Due to possible layer and seepage water clips as well as waterlogging on invoiced components as a result of the predominantly existing binding floors at the location and the Hang position is carried out as a "white tub".
The ceilings are designed as reinforced concrete flat ceilings. The entire foundation of the new building takes place as a flat foundation via an elastic
embedded base plate. Building zero is set with OKFFB ground floor at 194.30 m NHN, approximately in the level of the current area.
The interior walls are differentiated between the load -bearing supports (e.g. masonry, Drywall, glass element partitions etc.).
