Description:
The client is planning to build a third cargo center (CCN3) with a gross floor area of approx. 8,000 m2. In addition to the office and social areas associated with the cargo hall area, additional, separate office areas are to be created for third-party use. The building is intended to be an extension of the two existing CCN buildings1 and CCN2 in a westerly direction on construction site 11 of the existing development plan along with the associated property perimeter with traffic areas and outdoor facilities. The construction site is outside the security area of the airport. Subject of the contract to be awarded sind all required object and specialist planning services as well as construction services for the turnkey construction of the building.
