Description:
The subject of the tender is construction work for the new construction of a 4-story laboratory and office building with a ventilation center, CiiM - Center for Individualized Infection Medicine, with around 4,800 m2 gross floor area (GFA). The building is independent through a 1-story external warehouseComponent added. The aim of CiiM's laboratory work is to individualize the management of infectious diseases. The research activities aim to identify individual parameters that influence the course of infections and to translate these findings into an optimized und to implement individualized care for patients with infectious diseases. A total of 140 office workstations and 97 laboratory workstations are to be created in the new building for the approximately 150 employees. The subject of this tender is the creation of the ventilation network including central devices, etcnd supply.
