Construction of a new building in the Hohe Mark Clinic (3rd construction phase to the House of Sun): The subject of this tender is the provision of tile and plate work.

At the Hohe Mark Clinic at the Oberursel location It is a hospital for psychiatry, psychotherapy, psychosomatics and addiction medicine. An expansion, the "Haus Sonne", is planned on the site of the clinic. The expansion is a free-standing two- or three-storey new building, the 3rd construction phase. The construction phases One and two in the sense of building extensions on the railing have been completed and in operation for a long time. The new construction phase will include therapy rooms, addiction and trauma station as well as about 40 new beds. The new building is founded via flat foundations (load -bearing floor slabs) and built in solid construction. The contiguous new building is due to the geological conditions in two construction phases (from then on. The two construction phases are carried out in terms of this time, but not running.
