The city of Bebra intends to commission the services of object planning for buildings and interiors in accordance with § 34 HOAI, performance phases 1-9 for the construction of a new daycare center in the Solz district. The ordersThe service phases 4-9 are intended as options.
New construction in Bebra Bebra -Solz - Object planning
The new construction of the daycare center should receive the following usage units: - 2 groups with adjoining rooms - multi -purpose rooms - Personnel rooms - Essen space/kitchen - technology/storage rooms The eligible costs arefor the time being estimated at around EUR 1.5 million. The object planning is commissioned in the following levels: - Performance level 1: Performance phase 1-3 - Performance level 2: Performance phase 4 (option) - Performance level 3. Performance phase 5 (option) - Performance level 4:Performance level 5: Performance phase 9 (option)
