As part of the new building of the daycare center with a doctor's office in witness, the building automation trade is advertised.
Type and scope of the Services:
Establishment, Installation and commissioning of the overall system and the necessary network technology in accordance with the IT guidelines BSI/CRITIS. Structure 1 new focus of automation for the trades, heating and cold. Communication via BACNET IP according to AMEV 2017. Migration of the self-sufficient RLT systems, 26 fire protection flaps and 2 smoke detectors (BACNET IP). Migration of 2 heat pumps via Modbus RTU. Construction of 1 switchgear with 2 switching areas including halogen -free cabling with route construction. Program position, connection of the systems and complete commissioning.
Creation of 10 plant graphics images, 30 trend data For energy monitoring. A total of approximately 270 communicative and physical data points of the RLT, HZG, KAE investments are processed. Delivery and assembly of field devices.
